Good day! I am a representative of an international sand and aggregates company. We are hoping to gather a list of organizations granted with the proper Environmental Compliance Certificates (ECC) or approved as of October 07, 2024 with regards to dredging/sand source permits in the country. We are doing this as part of our due diligence to ensure that organizations who we might be in discussion with for possible ventures have acquired the necessary permits from the DENR-MGB with relation to providing sand source/extraction for various purposes. Hoping for your kind assistance regarding the matter. Thank you very much!
