I am writting to formally requests a certified copy of the decisions/Resolutions rendered by the Disciplining Authority of the Development Bank of the Philippines(DBP) concerning the administrative complaints I filed against DBP Officers Eloisa Lasam, Adonis Catabay and Ma. Dolores Guevara. These Complaints were filed with the agency on December 05 2022 by myself, Froilan Dave A. Lingan. The decisions/Resolutions in question are essential for legal purposes, and I require them to pursue further legal action, if necessary. As such, I kindly request that the certified copies be provided to me in electronic format, either sending them to my email address at [email protected] or [email protected]. Please ensure that certified copies are accurate and complete, as they will be used for official and legal purposes as stated under the law. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
