Good day! I would like to clarify if monetization of leave credits pertaining to Barangays is one of the waived items in determining whether or not one had already reached the PS CAP. As per barangay treasurers, in the seminar conducted by DBM, that they attended, it was reiterated that said item is included in the waived items. However, as we look upon Annex A, we can see that it was not one of the items enumerated or listed in the waived items for barangays.
