I am respectfully requesting a copy of the Letter from the DBM addressed to the National Anti-Poverty Commission regarding the grant of per diem allowance to its Council Members. 

Said reference highly sought for is found in pp 123 of the NAPC Manual of Operations. I am requesting for the issuance of this copy so that we can study how to grant and increase of per diem is made possible.
