Greetings. 

This comes very respectfully to inquire on the status/date of release of the individual titles to beneficiaries of an agricultural lot situated in Pantabangan, Nueva Ecija, more properly described as follows:

OCT/CLOA No. CLOA-O-1293 awarded to SAMALU (Samahan ng mga Magsasaka ng Mataas na Lupa ng Sitio Malbang) last November 12, 1990

The subdivision of the said lot was already approved for the identified beneficiaries since 2012, but until now, after >12 years, the individual titles are not yet released.

I would like to follow-up on my inquiry re: the status of the release of individual titles to beneficiaries of an agricultural lot located in Barangay Malbang, Pantabangan, Nueva Ecija, dated February 3, 2025.

As an additional information that may help in your review of my request, the said lot property indicated in my inquiry is also referred to as LOT 5 SWO-03-000137, of which its lot subdivision survey was approved by the Office of the Chief Surveys Division of DENR-Land Management Services-Region III last December 26, 2012.
