Hi I would like to request information regarding the: 1. Legality of imposition of penalties and fees for not attending non-academics and other related activities like practicing for cheering, attendance for fun run, intrams, foundation day, and others 2. The changing and rising of penalties for not not attending ( like from 200php to 500php) and now it'll be raise again Also we don't sign any agreement or any documents agreeing to any changes they made to collections and it seems that it is also not within the prospectus of the institution. Is this legal?
