Hi! I am Haziel Dizon, representative of our group of 4th year civil engineering student major in Transportation conducting a traffic study at the adjacent intersections near SM Clark and Bayanihan Terminal. Within this research, we will also be conducting a cost benefit analysis (CBA) of proposing an extension to the pedestrian overpass from SM Clark. We would like to kindly request the estimates of cost and budget for the existing pedestrian overpass in SM Clark and if can, any related traffic data recorded with it. Regards, Haziel Dizon

We have received your request on Undergraduate Research, dated Jan. 29, 2025.
While our primary objective is to provide information whenever possible, we regret to inform you that the requested information is not available at this Office.
The Estimated Cost and Budget for the existing Overpass located at Bayanihan Park was implemented by SM Clark. The application for the Building Permit for its construction was facilitated by the City Government of Angeles in compliance with RA9400.
For the Traffic Data, SM Clark had an existing Traffic Impact Assessment relative to the said construction.
For additional support, you may directly inquire with SM Clark & the City Gov't. of Angeles thru their contact numbers which can be found in their website.
