Dear FOI Officer, I hope you're well! I'm Cathleen Diaz-Rodriguez, a graduate student at UP Diliman pursuing a Master of Tropical Landscape Architecture. As a former employee of CDC, I have developed a strong interest in CFZ's historical and cultural landscape, which has led me to focus my thesis entitled: Luid Ka, Clark: A Morphological Landscape Mapping Tool for Documenting Memoryscapes in the Landscape Context of Identified Historical Places in Clark Freeport Zone As part of my study, I would like to request your good office in providing the following data: 1. Demographics of CFZ from 1992 to present 2. If available, demographics of specific groups or communities in Clark (Foreigner/former US Military Personnel, Aeta Communities) 3. Archival data related to transformation of CFZ, or if possible recommendations on key resource persons who may provide additional insights on this matter Additionally, I plan to conduct interviews with TPD, IPD(Engineering), CPD, and EPD. I also intend to reach out to some of my former colleagues. However, I would appreciate any guidance your office can provide on the proper coordination of these discussions. I understand that some of this information may require specific access protocols. Please let me know the necessary procedures to facilitate this request. I just wanted to clarify that for my request regarding demographic data from 1992 to present, I am specifically looking for any available data categorized by age group. Hi there, Ms. Diaz!

This is in reference to your FOI request with tracking #CDC-453239434883.

The Demographics of CFZ from 1993 (CDC started on May 11, 1993) to the present can be sourced from the EAD's Employment Records from 1993 to the present.

For the Demographics of particular groups or communities in Clark. CDC had no records of Foreigner/Former US Military Personnel ( this can be possibly sourced from the Veterans of Foreign Wars -VF(Veterans of foreign wars | Robert W Zaher VFW Post 2485 | Angeles City, Ph); for Aeta Communities, you may request data from the National Commission on Indigenous Peoples (NCIP).

On the other hand, Archival data related to the transformation of CFZ can be sourced through your scheduled interview, which requires a formal letter addressed to the concerned Vice Presidents of Engineering Services Group and Business Development and Business Enhancement Group (BDBEG) stating your intentions for the said physical interviews.
