As a part of the curriculum of the BS Architecture Program, we, Jhun B. Catapang and Jayvid Luis Palomeno, fifth-year architecture students of Batangas State University, hereby request from your good office to allow us to conduct technical research and methodologies regarding our thesis proposal, “First Immersive Cultural Complex (FICC) of

Batangas Province: Elevating Culture and Arts through Interactive Architecture in Lipa City." The project is planning to develop a cultural complex that houses developments such as a

Cultural Hotel, Historic Towns and Landscape of Taal Volcano Hybrid Museum, Cultural Arts Center, and Culture and Arts Creative Center, as a requirement of our subject in Architectural Design 9 (ARCH 543). It aims to promote, strengthen and preserve culture and arts of Batangas Province through various programs, amenities and approaches that the development will offer.

To further enhance the feasibility of the project, we kindly ask for your support in providing the following documents, data and related information:

	Any of the following: Statement of support, Acknowledgment, Certification of Approval or Endorsement Letter to be part of the project’s mission to promote, strengthen and preserve culture and arts of Batangas Province and our project aligns with the organization's core values, mission, vision, and goals regarding promoting, strengthening and preserving culture and arts in the country.

It would be greatly appreciated if the certificate could also express your endorsement of our thesis as a feasibility study for your company, as it has the potential to significantly boost culture and arts as well as the tourism industry of Batangas Province.

Rest assured that the information that you will provide will be used for academic purposes only.
