Purpose: To determine if my formula used in GCTA computation is correct and to determine the possible GCTA earned by a PDL who was charge of murder or other heinous crimes.

Good Day Sir/ Mam, I would like to request a sample computation of Good Conduct Time Allowance (GCTA) earned. These are the Given Example Details; (all the details given are Example only) Example Name: PDL A Case: Murder Crime Convicted: Homicide Note: The Judge ordered to credit his preventive imprisonment earned if he abide in the rules and regulations of the Jail Facility. The PDL also signed the Detainees Manifestation on the date of his detention. Example Date Detained in Jail: March 8, 2022 Example Date of Conviction: November 15, 2023 (from Murder Plea-bargain to Homicide) Penalty Minimum: 2 years 4 months and 1 day Penalty Maximum: 10 years He was presently at Jail as of October 15, 2024 The PDL is very participative in the activities in Jail. Inquiry: 1. Can I request a procedure or formula on how your good office compute the possible GCTA earned? Given the example details of PDL A? 2. And how to compute his expected date of release?
