Good day! I respectfully request for an update on the status of the selection process of the vacant Assistant Municipal Treasurer position in the Local Government Unit of Santa Cruz, Province of Davao del Sur. I am the Municipal Administrator of the said LGU and would like to be know its status as we are on the process of updating our Annual Recruitment, Promotion and Placement Plan. As a PRIME-HRM Level -II accredited agency, we are periodically updating the said Plan. Your information is vital as our LGU's Assistant Municipal Treasurer position has been vacant for quite some time already. I look forward to your prompt response to this request. Please be informed that the proposed appointment papers of the Assistant Municipal Treasurer of Santa Cruz, Davao del Sur, has been submitted to the Secretary of the Department of Finance, thru the Undersecretary of the Legal Services and Local Finance Group, last August 7, 2024, for his approval.
