Dear FOI Receiving Officer, I hope this message finds you well. My name is Liza Cortes, a 4th-year college student at BIT-International College, currently conducting my thesis on the health status of inmates in [BJMP/BuCor] facilities. I would like to formally request access to any standardized health survey questionnaires or studies that evaluate the health conditions of persons deprived of liberty (PDLs) in [BJMP jails / BuCor-managed correctional institutions]. If there are specific procedures required to obtain these documents, I am willing to comply. I appreciate your assistance and look forward to your response.
