Good Morning Sir/ Mam, I would to ask regarding the procedures of releasing a PDL of BJMP, for reference purposes in my job as a Releasing officer of a LGU-Agusan del sur provincial jail; 1. Is there a need for a Certificate of No-pending Case before releasing a PDL? 2. Is the information filed at the court or received by the court is a sufficient legal basis to hold the release of a PDL? even pending for determination of probable cause by the RTC Judge? 3. In the release order issued by the court there is a phrase stated "Unless detained for some other lawful cause" does it need to verify if there are pending cases to the Courts or PNP warrant section and NBI before the release of a PDL? even it will cause delaying release of a PDL? 4. Is your good office has updated procedures in releasing a PDL? can I request a copy? Thank you!
