After careful consideration, we resolve to deny your request due to the reason that Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) and Other Relevant Personal Information is considered a piece of Sensitive Personal Information that is bounded by Republic Act (RA) No. 10173 or the Data Privacy Act of 2012. You may do any of the following:

If Unsuccessful due to the volume of taxpayers availing of the facility, you may proceed to the nearest BIR RDO and ask for TIN Verification or Certification. Please bring the following:
Manual Verification at Revenue District Office (RDO):
Note: The SPA or the Board Resolution and/or Secretary Certificate shall specifically
state the request for TIN Verification.

Your right to request a review
