Hi, I would like to ask for a copy of the full text of Revenue Regulation 3-98 that is related to Special Treatment of Fringe Benefits. I tried to check with the official website of the BIR, however, only digest is available. Moreover, if there are annexes that is related to the said Revenue Regulation, Kindly include them also.
