Please be informed that such confidential data cannot be provided due to the limitations and scope of Republic Act (RA) No. 10173, or the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and RA No. 10021, or the Exchange of Information on Tax Matters Act of 2009. The Bureau only use and disclose such information in connection with the BIR Lawful functions and activities of administering NIRC Code of 1997, as amended, and other existing tax laws, and in accordance to aforementioned legislations.

Your right to request a review
If you are dissatisfied with our response to your FOI request, you have the option to request an internal review.
