Hi, I would like to request a copy of my ITR 2316 for the following years: 2014 2015 2016 2017 2018 2019 TIN: 267-323-103 The copies of my ITR 2316 will serve as evidence of my employment for the years mentioned which I will submit to skills assessment body for Visa application.

This is in connection with your request for information, with FOI Tracking Number
#BIR-961820427793 , for Request for a Copy of Income Tax Return and/or BIR Form No. 2316 for Calendar Year(s) 2014 to 2019.After careful consideration, you are registered in the BIR System as Local Employee, thus, you are to coordinate with your EMPLOYER/S as the same is Mandated to Issue the BIR Form No. 2316 for the Calendar Year (s) 2014 to 2019, pursuant to Section 83 of the 1997 Tax Code and Section 2 [2.83.1] of Revenue Regulations (RR) No. 3-2002, respectively. The EMPLOYER/S shall furnish each Employee/s with the Original Copies of BIR Form No. 2316 as Proof that your Taxes were Withheld and this will serve as your Income Tax Return (ITR). EMPLOYER is required to issue BIR Form No. 2316 on or before January 31 of Every Year and On the Day the Last Payment of Compensation is Paid.
As an added information, records/files of BIR Form No. 2316 of the Revenue District Offices (RDOs) where your Employer/s is/are registered for the Year (s) 2014 to 2019 were already sent to Archive as it was more than four (4) years of Retention Period per Revenue Memorandum Circular (RMC) No. 73-2008.
