Hi! I want to request a copy of my ITR 2316 form for the year 2024. Thank you!
Dear Ms. Ampa:
This refers to your Freedom of Information (FOI) Request with Tracking Number #BIR-401943525926, requesting for a copy of your Income Tax Return and/or BIR Form No. 2316 for Calendar Year 2024.
Please be informed, that you are registered in the BIR System as Local Employee. The duty therefore to provide you a copy of your ITR/BIR Form No. 2316 for a taxable years rests upon your employer. Your “ITR” is your personal document and as such your employer must release said document to you as a matter of right or better yet, if you have your payslips for the said year, you can give the same to help them come out with your form 2316.
Kindly coordinate with your employer if you have not receive a copy of your BIR Form 2316 for Calendar Year 2023. You may also refer to your employer, in case your employment with them have been terminated before the end of this year.

Your right to request a review
If you are dissatisfied with our response to your FOI request, you have the option to request an internal review. We will conduct the review and communicate the outcome within 30 calendar days from the receipt of your review request.
