In order to identify or locate the requested information, we are seeking for further clarification specifically:
- Do you have a business for the period of 2023?
- Or are you Employed [Employee] for the period of 2023?
- If employed, kindly provide the Name of your Employer/s for the Period of 2023, TIN of your Employer/s and Employer/s Business Address? And your TIN Number?
- If with Business, What kind of Income Tax Return are you referring to? Is it BIR Form No. 1701 or BIR Form No. 1701A?
- Where did you file your Income Tax Return? Is it Manually [At the Revenue District Office where you are registered] or thru Online Facility [eBIRForms Package]?
- When did you file your Income Tax Return [MM/DD/YY]?
Email the requested information at [email protected] and [email protected] as this contain sensitive information. Kindly attached in your email your two (2) valid government issued Identification Cards (IDs).
You will have 60 calendar days from the time of response to provide the requested information. We kindly request that you respond as soon as possible.
