We have received your request for a copy of BIR Form No. 2316 for Calendar Year 2023.
In order to identify or locate the requested information, we are seeking for further clarification specifically on the following:
- Are you Employed for the Calendar Year (CY) 2023?
- If employed, kindly provide the Name of your Employer for CY 2023, Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) of your Employer and Employer Business Address?
- And your TIN Number.
Per our telephone conversation this morning of October 28, 2024, you were informed that the Revenue District Office (RDO)where your employer for CY 2023 is registered, do not have yet a copy of your BIR Form No. 2316 for Calendar Year 2024. The RDO concerned get a hold of the said document on or before February 28, 2025 upon submission of your employer to the RDO.
