I have already submitted a request to the appropriate branch (080 - Cebu North) but haven't received a reply yet, which is odd because the request I mistakenly sent out to the wrong RDO (081 - Mandaue) was replied to within the day. To expedite the request, here is the information that was asked for in other, similar requests: 1. Registered RDO: 080 - Cebu North 2. Date Requested: February 22, 2024 and March 18, 2024 3.
