Per our phone conversation this morning of October 14, 2024, kindly provide the following details:
- Complete Name of your Employer for Calendar Year 2023;
- TIN of your Employer;
- Employer's Registered Address; and
- Your TIN Number and Date of Birth.

Regarding your other concern, kindly coordinate with your employer if you have not receive a copy of your BIR Form 2316 for Calendar Year(s) 2023 and 2024 (in case your employment with your employer has ended this year).
The BIR Revenue District Offices (RDOs) does not have yet a copy of your Income Tax Return and/or BIR Form No. 2316 for Calendar Year 2024. The RDO get a hold of the said document upon submission of your employer to them on or before February 28, 2025.
