Purpose: Clearing Offload Record
Tracking no: #BI-605980900837
Hi, I would like to ask, how can I clear my offload record and when can I travel again, outside of the country? My flight was last 13th of January 2025, I was planning to go for leisure in Hong Kong, but unfortunately I've got offloaded, considering the fact that, I'm an ex-OFW, that's why, the IO asked a lot of questions to me. I've been provided all of the documents such as return ticket, MNL-HONG KONG-MNL, hotel booking, pocket money. But still, I've got offloaded, I was so frustrated that time because I cannot refund all of the expenses. I hope you can help me with this issue.
