I hope you're doing well. I am writing to formally request the clearing of my offload history. I believe the offloading decisions was unfair, as i have provided all necessary documents, including my itenerary, return ticket, hotel booking, payslips, bank statement and travel booking.
i trust that a review of my documentation will clarify my situation. i appreciate your understanding and support in resolving this matter

Please note that your departure record is part of your travel history and therefore cannot be removed from our system. Should you wish to travel again under the same circumstances, we encourage you to secure the documents in the list provided to you and present them to the on-duty Immigration Officer on your next scheduled departure. Your right to request a review
If you are dissatisfied with our response to your FOI request, you have the option to request an internal review.
