I am married to foreigner for several years. We got married in Malaysia and have a copy of marriage contract from PSA. We used to work in Malaysia and we studied there as well. Later I went back to Philippines while he continued his job in Malaysia. Now we want him to stay with us in the Philippines to live and work as well. In this month of Feb as he came for a visit, he tried applying in BPO company and they gave him the Application Form for Allien Certificate of Registration Identity Card (ACR Icard) Certification. How can this form be processed and what are the requirements?
