I am a student of Civil Engineering Department from Technological Institute of the Philippines requesting from your good office to obtain the Geotechnical Report at New Clark City, Capas, Tarlac, nearby landmarks are New Clark City Athletics Stadium, Iglesia ni Cristo Capas, Tarlac, NSCR New Clark City Station and Brother Beat Farmland, which includes data for:

1) Geotechnical evaluation report of the soil in New Clark City, Capas, Tarlac
2) Tarlac zoning map
3) Probable cost per square meter of building construction, site development, and other related construction
4) Labor productivity rates (manhour/unit)

I am kindly requesting these data for educational purpose. Thank you.
