We would like to inform you of the policies we are adopting based on the recent memorandums:

  1. OUP Memorandum Order No. 260-e, s. 2021 - Compliance with Non-Discrimination Laws, Rules, and Regulations in the Access of the BatStateU Education.
  2. OUP Memorandum Order No. 319-c, s. 2021 - Implementation of Republic Act (RA) No. 11313 or the Safe Spaces Act and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).
  3. OUP Memorandum Order No.  336-a  , s. 2021- Implementation of the New Rules on Maternity and Paternity Leaves in view of the passage of Republic Act (RA) 11210 or the 105-Day Expanded Maternity Leave Law.
  4. OUP Memorandum Order No.  341-b  , s. 2021- Observance of the Policies Laws, Rules, and Regulations Protecting those Reporting and/or filing of complaints regarding violations of Republic Act 11313 or the Safe Spaces Act/or other laws Governing non discrimination.
