We would like to request for a copy of your updated policies and guidelines on the billing and collection of Septage/Environmental Fee (EF) for the implementation of Septage Management Program (SMP). This information would greatly assist us for the development of the policy on the billing and collection of Environmental Fee and in conducting relevant studies related to SMP, as it provides insight into effective fee structures and operational practices. Thank you for your assistance.
