Good day! Respectfully requesting my ROTC ENLISTMENT SERIAL NUMBER.

Details are as follows:

Student Name: MARIFE BACSA
University: University of Southeastern Philippines (Obrero, Davao City)
Year Graduated ROTC: 2010

USEP and the 1105th RCDG wasn't able to provide me the serial number. Attached herewith is my TOR.
