Good day, I am a Traning Specialist assigned at the Naval Reserve COmmand Training Center, in the Philippine Navy.

I would like to request for a copy of the IRR of RA 7077 to be used as our reference in the crafting of Training and Education Courses for the PN reservists, and our localized policies to be used for our NROTC programs.
