Greetings!

Can i ask for a certificate of verification of my TIN number. My employer applied it for me way back 2016, i wasn't able to get an ID since i live 3 hrs away from the nearest RDO. My employer already pulled out from the Philippines since they were an INGO so i have no means of asking for my BIR forms. I badly need a certification that my TIN number belongs to me for my payroll opening account at my new company.

Is this request offensive?
