The request is about information on the total number of cases on University Sexual Assault/Violation/Harassment, cases officially reported, and cases that have gone through a full trial (as well as the final verdicts, and if possible, the length of each case process). While the said Executive Order aims to provide information to the extent possible, the College cannot grant your request due to the reason that it is coveredin the Inventory of Exceptions to Executive No. 2 (s 2016), defined as a sensitive personal information under the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
