February 17, 2021 To whom it may concern, Greetings! I am writing to request records held by the Environmental Management Bureau. I hereby request a copy of the following data related to dumpsites and medical waste disposal nationwide in spreadsheet format: 1. Number of dumpsites in the Philippines per region and province or city from January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2020 2. Number and names of areas where public hospitals dump medical wastes I request the above-mentioned data as part of my research course requirements. I am hoping for your consideration.
