Hi I would like to request for a dataset (raw data) on the number of children who received flu shots in both private and public schools in the country. I would like to have data based on their:
1. age
2. sex
2. grade level
3. classification of school (private or public)
4. region

Greetings!
I write to request records from the Department of Education containing the following data on the number of children who received flu shots in private and public schools in the Philippines from 2000-2021:
1. Age
2. Region
3. Sex
4. Type of school (i.e., Private or Public)
5. Grade level
6. Number of shots received
We are expected to obtain a dataset from a chosen government agency and write an analysis on it. I believe that receiving a dataset on this topic shall help me complete this requirement.
