Good day! I am Johmarie G. Tabay requesting for a Certified True Copy of my ALS (Alternative Learning System) Diploma. It happens that my copy were burned and some other files and documents as the house I live got caught in fire way back then. I graduated last November of 2014 in Dasmarinas National High School in City of Dasmarinas. Hoping will receive a notification as soon as possible. Thank you and keep safe!

You may request your Alternative Learning System (ALS) Certificate of Completion, Diploma, or other school records to the Schools Division Office where you have submitted your Presentation Portfolio Assessment.
