The news article ‘NPA atrocities cases set to be filed with UN body’ written by Christina Mendez of The Philippine Star and which was published on its website on February 24, 2019 mentioned an NSC complaint reportedly handed to Ambassador Evan Garcia, the Philippines’ Permanent Representative to the United Nations (UN) in Geneva. It supposedly mentions IBON Foundation as a “front organization” of the Communist Party of the Philippines-New People’s Army-National Democratic Front (CPP-NPA-NDF).

Sorry, “346 days 7 hours 55 minutes 41 seconds ago” is what foi.gov.ph’s “time la-sed” counts — but looking at a calendar shows that it’s been 486 days since Oct 1, 2020 when the request was made.
