Hello, I would like request for the official Malacanang definition of "national improvement site" The Proclamation 200-a reserved foreshore land in Cebu City for national improvement site .. What does that mean? No one in govt in cebu can answer and a portion of my land is inside the boundaries of the proclaimed reservation .. Please please. 1) give me an official presidential legal explanation of what the term means 2) and please tell me if my private lands inside have to ask permission from president to develop 3)can cebu city use this for squatters - its floodprone
