Hi, According to rebate.owwa.gov.ph, you have to set an appointment online to schedule the claim but unfortunately it is always down. We cant schedule an appointment there. Is there a workaround here? I tried calling OWWA antipolo office but not no one's answering. Antipolo is the nearest we can go since we live in Taytay RIzal. Please advise. Thank you

We apologize for the intermittent connectivity of the internet at the OWWA Satellite Office at the Provincial Capitol. We may refer you to the OWWA website: www.owwa.gov.ph to get an appointment for an on-line schedule or call the OWWA Region 4A Hotline at 09198385744. Mr. Labadan may we clarify to you the Freedom of Information (FOI) Portal which is a project of the Presidential Communication Operation Office under the Office of the President. Its major function is to allow any Filipino citizen to request information about the data, programs, services and benefits or anything about the transactions and operation of specific government offices, provided, it shall not put into jeopardy the privacy of individuals and matters of national security.
