Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested information due to data confidentiality under Sections 4 and 9 of the "List of Exemptions" of the DOH FOI Manual apply to that information. The data falls under the "4. Information deemed confidential for the protection of the privacy of persons and certain individuals such as minors, victims of crimes or the accused" and "9.
