Hi! I am requesting for the information regarding the Consolidated National Achievement Test (NAT) (overall and the Mathematics learning area results) of the following:
1. For the National Level of the year 2015-2018;
2. For the Regional Level (particularly Region 6) of the year 2015-2018;
3. For the Division Level (Division of Roxas City and Capiz) for the year 2015-2018;
4. For the schools belonging to the Division of Roxas City for the year 2015-2018.

I refer to my letter of Oct 21, 2019 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for National Achievement Test Updated Result. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.
As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Jan 13, 2020.
You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
Your right to request a review
