Good morning. I am an employee of San Lazaro Hospital located in Quiricada St., Sta. Cruz, Manila. As far as I know, there is a MOA between San Lazaro Hospital and Nagasaki University regarding collaborative research. We allow them to use some of our rooms where they house their equipment and do their research. They directly hire some staff like medical technologists aid them in their work. In a recent online meeting, the director of our hospital revealed that he is appalled by lack of oversight of the Central Laboratory of San Lazaro Hospital over the Nagasaki University staff here.
