YOUR REQUEST: You asked for the Land Title of the University of Southeastern Philippines- Bislig Campus. RESPONSE TO YOUR REQUEST: Your FOI request is approved. However, please be informed that the University of Southeastern Philippines doesn't have a land title for Bislig Campus (as its former campus). The land operation on the said campus is based on a waiver of rights through a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) from among the sectoral leaders of the Indigenous Peoples (IPs), the University, and the National Commission on Indigenous Peoples (NCIP) signed in 2005.
