Hi DepED. I just want to know the information if Thinking Pinoy blogger RJ Nieto is a authorized teacher. He has a class organizations called Techie Pinoy and Teaching Pinoy which is familar to Thinking Pinoy blog that contains opinion and topics about the politics. He is also a columnist from Manila Bulletin.
