I would like to request a copy of my ITR for the year 2022. I already ask my employer but they told me to directly request it to BIR.

I refer to my letter of Jul 27, 2023 12:05:37 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Income Tax Return and/or BIR Form No. 2316.

1. Complete Name of your employer for CY 2022;
2. Employer's TIN Number; and
3. Employer's Registered Address, so we can endorse your concern to the Revenue District Office (RDO) where your employer is registered. It would be helpful to provide the RDO of the copy of received Annex F from your employer so they can certify.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Oct 19, 2023 04:36:37 AM, your request will be closed.
