Hi I would like to ask if there is any way that I can get a copy of my highschool diploma, I graduated in Year 2004 at Charisma Christian School Malanday Valenzuela City. My Mom misplaced it and unfortunately the school that I attend to were permanently closed. Any help will be highly appreciated. Thank You.

Your Request You asked for Highschool Diploma. Response to Request This is to inform you that the Department of Education (DepEd) Central Office does not keep learners’ school records. The original school records are issued once only, hence, you are advised to get certification from the school where you graduated and bring it to the Division Office for a certified copy. If you need this for your job application abroad, you will bring the certification or school records to the Regional Office for authentication (DepEd Order No. 48, s. 2017 dated August 25, 2017).
