Hi,
I would like to make an inquiry.
Situation is, I was a transferee from Univerisity of Manila (2009) to ACLC Antipolo 2009. My mom enrolled me to ACLC as a new student that time and not transferee, I graduated in ACLC. Now I can't get my school records(TOR, Diploma) in ACLC because they dont have my form 137. I would lile to ask, how many times can I request for form 137 for school records?
I badly needed my TOR in ACLC. I needes to have a job.
