Dear Sir/Ma'am. A blessed Day. I am Ma. Pauline Custodio Gapol of Tacloban City, Philippines asking for your help to shoulder my expenses for my brain surgery in Manila Philippines. Sir/ma'am we are not capable to pay the medical expenses because my mother is a single mother and she earned more or less 1800.00 per week. I am asking joyfully and with all honesty for your compassion to see my condition. I have here with me my diagnoses and laboratory test. On March 2021 I was diagnosed in Brain AVM (Arteriovenous Malformation) I stopped schooling because of my condition. Thank you and God bless.
