Nakaaksidente po ang bayaw ko kagabi (11.21.2021) at kasalukuyan pong comatose at nakaadmit sa Tagaytay Medical Center ang babaeng naaksidente. Buhat po nang matubuhan ay lumobo na sa Php100,000+ ang hospital bill. Hindi po namin ito kakayanin kung wala po kaming malalapitan. Sana po’y kami’y matulungan ninyo. Kung mayroon po kayong kailangang mga dokumento at iba pang mga detalye, amin pong ihahanda at ilalahad ang mga ito. Maraming salamat po!

Magandang araw po! Ako po, si Kris Celine Espiritu, nakatira sa Imus City, Cavite, ay taos-puso pong lumalapit sa inyong opisina upang humingi ng tulong pampinansiyal. Hindi po ito para sa aking sariling kapakanan ngunit para po sa aking mga biyenan. Kagabi lamang po (November 21, 2021), bandang alas-onse nang gabi ay nasangkot sa aksidente ang aking bayaw na si Kenji Espiritu sa Tagaytay-Nasugbu Highway sa tapat po ng Antonio’s Breakfast. Nakabungguan po niya ang kasalubong na sasakyan na mayroong 2 sakay.

Ang lalaki pong driver ay naoperahan na ng binti kanina (November 22, 2021) ngunit kasalukuyan pang minomonitor kung tuluyan nang puputulan. Ang babae naman pong pasahero ay kritikal ang kundisiyon sapagkat comatose. Ang akin pong mga biyenan ay sina Jocelyn Espiritu (housewife) at Reynoso Espiritu (Tagaytay City Councilor). Sa ngayon po, sila ang sumasagot sa lahat ng gastusin sa pagpapaospital sa Tagaytay Medical Center at patuloy na sasagot sa demands ng mga naagrabiyado. Napakalaking pera po ang uubusin nila sa insidenteng ito kaya ako po ay sumusubok na lumapit sa inyo upang humingi ng tulong.

Buhat po nang matubuhan ang babaeng pasahero, makalipas ang humigit-kumulang na 8 oras ay lumobo na sa Php100,000+ ang hospital bills. Hangga’t nasa ospital po siya ay hindi po hihinto ang pagtakbo ng bayarin. Ang mga biyenan ko po ay hindi tumitigil upang magawan ng paraan ang lahat ng bayarin at magiging bayarin pa. Hindi po namin ito kakayanin kung wala po kaming malalapitan. Sana po’y kami’y matulungan ninyo. Kung mayroon po kayong kailangang mga dokumento at iba pang mga detalye, amin pong ihahanda at ilalahad ang mga ito.

As of now, November 22, 2021 - 6:02PM, nasa Php300,000 na raw po ang hospital bill. As per the doctor, ooperahan daw po sa ulo bukas (November 23) dahil up to now unconscious pa rin po ang pasiyente.

You asked for FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR HOSPITAL BILLS.
Response to your request
We wish to inform you that the coverage of financial assistance under the PCSO Medical Assistance Program is for hospital confinement, chemotherapy and dialysis requests. Application for assistance shall depend upon the location of the health facility where the patient is being managed/treated.
For the Medical Assistance Program requirements, kindly go to this link https://www.pcso.gov.ph/ProgramsAndServices/CAD/MedicalAccessProgram.aspx.
For those in the provinces, either proceed directly to the servicing PCSO Branch Office or coordinate first with the Medical Social Services or Billing Department of the facility, if applicable, to inquire on the specific process, as procedures vary between Branch Offices.
Your right to request a review
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to . Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
