I refer to my letter of Jan 12, 2022 10:46:59 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Energy consumption per province disaggregated per sector from 2016 up to 2021 for the Philipp.
In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. Please be informed that we can only provide National-level energy consumption by Sector from 2016 to 2020 since we are still on the process of consolidating the 2021 data.
In particular, it would be helpful to know if you are also interested to Power and Oil consumption by region from 2016 to 2020?

Dear DOE,
Thank you for your clarification.
- I understand. I can request the 2021 data at a later date once it has been consolidated. For now, I can work with the 2016 to 2020 data.
- If the provincial-level data is not available, would it be possible to request regional-level data instead of national-level data？ National-level data would be too coarse for analysis.
- Regarding the Power and Oil consumption by region, that would also be helpful. Would it be possible to disaggregate this data into the consumer types?

Please see attached Power Statistics from 2016 to 2019.In regard with the Oil Statistics, plea be informed that we can only provide regionalized demand by fuel type. Please let us know if this works for you.

In regard with monthly and/or quarterly data of elecricity consumption, may we refer you to our Electric Power Industry Management Bureau (EPIMB) since the data is not available on our end.
