April 30, 2021 Dear Mr. FREDERICK BULADACO, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Apr 29, 2021 02:48:35 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for an update of your DOLE-AKAP Application. OWWA Verification System shows that you applied online on January 14, 2021 and was evaluated by OWWA RWO 4A as DISAPPROVED since you were not able to provide the required documentary evidences to qualify to the DOLE-AKAP. If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Administrator Hans Leo J. Cacdac at email: admin.cacdac@owwa.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within FIFTEEN (15) calendar days from the date you received this letter.
